Based on the predetermined graduate profile, the
objectives of the Education Management Doctoral Program are to prepare:
1.
PEO 1:
Graduates with good personality, religious,
nationalist and strong commitment in realizing effective and professional
performance in accordance with the roles and functions carried out, both inside
and outside the work environment
2.
PEO 2:
Graduates who are able to generate innovative ideas
in the form of creative, original, and tested constructs, models and strategies
in the fields of education management, education policy, leadership, program
planning and development, educational supervision, and organizational
transformation, through literature review and relevant research;
3.
PEO 3:
Graduates who are adaptive to the regulations,
policies, and ethical issues that emerge during the implementation of national
and global education systems in order to establish paradigms and carry out
effective education management and leadership strategies, taking into account
the economic, social, and cultural aspects of the organization and the broader
community environment, through a variety of theoretical perspectives and
empirical studies.
4.
PEO 4:
Graduates can work independently or in teams and
advance their careers as educators (lecturers), researchers, leaders of
educational institutions at the city/district, provincial, and national levels,
leaders of educational units (education managers/administrators), education
supervisors, and education consultants in government and military agencies, as
well as business and industry.
